BookmyHotel is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in every part of our business and supply chain. We recognise that the travel industry can be a target for exploitation and take our responsibilities seriously.
Our business
BookmyHotel is an online marketplace connecting travellers with accommodation and travel providers. We work with a global network of independent hotels, guesthouses and operators.
Our policies
Our supplier code of conduct prohibits forced labour, child labour and any form of human trafficking. All partners agree to the code when they list on our platform. Employees are trained on how to identify and report concerns.
Due diligence
We verify partner identity and legal status during onboarding, monitor guest reviews for warning signs of exploitation, and cooperate with recognised NGOs and law enforcement when concerns are raised.
Reporting concerns
Guests and staff can report suspected exploitation confidentially via /contact or the safety hotlines listed on our safety page. Reports are triaged within 24 hours.
Continuous improvement
We review this statement annually and update our controls in line with regulatory guidance and industry best practice.
