These terms govern your access to and use of BookmyHotel. By creating an account or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by them.
1. The service
BookmyHotel operates an online marketplace that connects travellers with independent accommodation and travel providers. We are not the provider of the accommodation and are not a party to the contract of stay between you and the property.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 to hold an account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.
3. Reservations and payment
Prices displayed include applicable taxes and any mandatory booking-support donation. Some bookings are payable at the property; others may be prepaid. Cancellation and refund rules are set by each property and shown before you confirm. See Cancellation options.
4. Platform commission
For the first year of operation, BookmyHotel does not charge partners a platform commission. This is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell inventory, upload false content, harass other users, or use the service to break any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
6. Reviews
Reviews must come from a genuine stay and reflect your honest opinion. We remove content that is abusive, defamatory or off-topic.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BookmyHotel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the property's performance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and disputes
We may amend these terms; material changes are highlighted in-product. Disputes will be handled in good faith by our support team first; then via the courts of the jurisdiction where you have your habitual residence.
